Hello! I’m Daf, a certified fitness and nutrition coach based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire. At 46 years old, I’m married with two boys, aged 15 and 12 and I share my home with an extremely lazy cockapoo named Burpee. My passion for fitness has been lifelong, beginning with my first qualification in 2009 during my service in the UK Armed Forces. Over my 25-year military career, I used this qualification to plan and deliver fitness sessions for fellow service members.
After a fulfilling career in the Forces, I decided to pursue my true passion for fitness coaching. I now offer personalized one-on-one sessions and small group circuit training tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Additionally, as a single-figure golfer for over 30 years, I specialize in Golf Fitness and hold a certification from the prestigious Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).
I deliver personalized one-on-one sessions at Aylesbury Rugby Club in Weston Turville, near Aylesbury, Bucks. The gym is first-class, and along with one other fitness coach, I have exclusive rights to provide training in this top-tier facility. Additionally, I own a private studio in Tring, Herts, located at Unit 45,Silk Mill Business Park. This studio is where I conduct group training sessions.
With over 2 decades of experience in coaching and mentoring, I completed my first fitness qualification more than 15 years ago. As an experienced coach, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you aim is to improve your general fitness, get stronger, enhance your movement, or lose weight, I have the expertise to guide you there.

Circuit Training

The goal is simple: to make training enjoyable, challenging, and progressive. My aim is to improve your heart health and overall strength, helping you lead a more active and healthy lifestyle. There is a maximum of 12 people per session.
I use a technique called intervals, which involves short bursts of high-energy exercise using low impact cardio machines (normally for 45-60 seconds).
I include strength exercises that use your body weight, dumbbells, and kettlebells. Whether you want to gain muscle or maintain it, I use both full-body functional movements and isolation exercises which help improve your overall strength and fitness.
Core stability exercises are essential for a well-rounded workout. Strengthening your core muscles has many benefits, such as better posture, improved balance, smoother movement, reduced pain, and lower risk of injuries.
The session last 45 minutes. this includes a short brief on the session, demonstration and walk through talk through of exercises, warm up and cool down.
Please note!! The circuits are programed for you to work at your own pace and own ability, no pressure!!! Plus I am there to COACH and HELP you!!! Max of 12 people per session.
