The 8 week 'Kick Starter' program is for middle aged men who feel a little stuck in their health and fitness journey. The program helps men gain strength and lose weight. This is achieved by following a structured 8 week program, supporting your training, nutrition and life style habits.
The goal is simple but not easy! Lose 10lbs in weight in 8 weeks. This goal is more than achievable if you are consistent, determined and willing to work for it.
Each session lasts 45/60 minutes and you will need to train 3 times aweek.
